KING SHEPHERDS

King shepherds have the same characteristics as German shepherds except they’re a lot bigger and stronger. Although they share the same ancestors, these two breeds have evolved differently over time to become distinct from one another.

King Shepherds can serve as efficient working dogs or be content as companions, and their level of intelligence makes them easily trainable.

King Shepherds have very calm, adaptable personalities. They're best suited for single-family homes with fenced-in outdoor spaces due to their large size and high exercise needs. These dogs are a great choice for owners with kids, as they're typically very gentle with children and other pets.

LARGE

STRAIGHT

BACK

Large straight-back German shepherds are known as large old-fashioned German shepherds, and they tend to have a big physique. These dogs have gigantic heads, well straight backs, and thicker bones. It’s often rare to find most breeders breeding them.

Those with straight backs are less prone to health problems and have higher endurance. They fit closer to what the German Shepherd originally was intended to be. They make much better working dogs as well since they have higher endurance and are bred for more practical purposes.
